ABOUT CERTIFICATION
At the conclusion of the workshop attendees will have earned a Certificate of Attendance awarding 6.5 CEUs. After completion of the course, attendees must perform two live job site analyses and develop employment test protocols from those analyses. Job site analysis reports and employment test protocols must be submitted for grading. Following successful completion of the two (2) Job Site Analyses Reports and Employment Test Protocols, attendees will receive their certification designating them as a Certified Employment Testing Specialist™ (CETS™).
Due to ongoing National changes in Employment Testing policies and procedures, maintenance of certification will require the annual completion of the "National Employment Testing Regulation Updates" course and course examination, which will be available online. Price for annual re-certification $125.00.
POLICIES
Tuition is refundable less $50.00 if canceled 14 days before the workshop date. Tuition is not refundable under any circumstance, for registrations or cancellations after the 14 days has expired. However, you may have someone attend in your place or attend at another date. You may only change workshop dates or locations two times, then tuition will be forfeited. The Back School cannot be responsible for nonrefundable travel expenses, etc. should it become necessary to cancel a workshop.


Description
This course will cover the Employment Testing process in its entirety. It will teach you steps to develop, administer, and reassess an employment testing program for each phase of the hiring process. You will learn how to objectively identify essential job demands information through job site analysis and turn those essential functions into an EEOC and ADA compliant protocol. Immediately improve return on investment by developing skills to maximize use of functional job site analysis. Our training will help you to develop and successfully market Employment Testing programs that can improve productivity, reduce injuries, decrease costs, and improve employee quality of life.
